localroleplay was created in response to many people's frustrations with roleplaying game ads appearing on Dreamwidth for games hosted on other services when what they wanted to find was games hosted here on DW!This comm's purpose is simple: you may advertise your game, RP related community, or post a 'looking for a game/RP group' kind of post here so long as it is for roleplaying that is designed to take place on Dreamwidth, either as journal-based RP or if your game does realtime RP and uses Dreamwidth to post logs.
Posting is moderated right now only to ensure that ads are for games that are actually on DW!
